Spring break is on the horizon. Trips are planned and “staycations” are certainly a feasible and economical option. Getting off track? Not an option. Slow Down
When trying to change your lifestyle seems to be too large of a challenge, SLOW DOWN. Instead of trying to correct everything at once, take one thing at a time. If eating right is your issue, instead of overhauling your meal plan just fix breakfast. Once that becomes a habit then move to dinner and so on. Moving slowly is better than not moving at all.


Time to get back on to the train
The holiday season has come to an end and all of the celebratory dinners and parties are over. It is time to get back on to that fitness train!
