When trying to change your lifestyle seems to be too large of a challenge, SLOW DOWN. Instead of trying to correct everything at once, take one thing at a time. If eating right is your issue, instead of overhauling your meal plan just fix breakfast. Once that becomes a habit then move to dinner and so on.
