I was talking to one of my clients today who was telling me that eating right was a challenge for her. Fixing what she was doing wrong seemed to be so overwhelming that it was tough getting started. I told her the way that we look at things can sometime change how difficult we think that they are. When trying to change your lifestyle seems to be too large of a challenge, SLOW DOWN. Instead of trying to correct everything at once, take one thing at a time. If eating right is your issue, instead of overhauling your meal plan just fix breakfast. Once that becomes a habit then move to dinner and so on. Moving slowly is better than not moving at all.
