Are you training for your first marathon, tired of the gym, want to get fit for the first time or need an extra push to get back in shape? The Total Fitness Control Indoor/Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp may be just the push that you need! Boot Camp is an ongoing, year-round, 30 day training program guaranteed to be fun, interactive and produce life-changing, physique altering results.

 

THE WORKOUT

Through plyometrics, cardio drills, resistance training and abdominal/core training, EVERY workout is different to keep your body changing, prevent a plateau and maintain fun. Through the use of your own body weight, free weights, machines, bands and natural elements, this customized combination of exercises ensures maximum fat loss and muscle gain.

Boot camp is an excellent primary way to get in shape or an ideal complement to your current fitness regimen resulting in your body soaring to higher heights which ultimately results in a total physique transformation.

I’m a beginner and I’ve never been a runner; is this program for me?

Yes, yes and yes!!! The unique thing about boot camp is that it was designed with all fitness levels in mind. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, we have assimilated our program on a progressive schedule to ensure that week-over-week, you are increasing in strength and endurance. Your fitness coach will motivate, encourage and guide you every step of the way!

 

Why boot camp and not a mainstream gym or commercial workout environment?


Total Fitness Control completely encourages “traditional” means of training. In fact, we offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions; however, boot camp incorporates both cardio and resistance training (all within one hour) which allows you to maximize your time and effort. Furthermore, it affords you the opportunity to train with your friends and peers creating a motivating and sometimes competitive environment at an affordable rate!

Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:45-6:45 am

Saturdays 6:45-7:45 am

RATES:

Two-Day Camp $150 per month

Three-Day Camp $225 per month
